RCS provides prompt, efficient and cost effective services for Canada and international mail and parcel distribution, including:

Canada Mail and Parcels:

RCS deposits mail directly with Canada Post for Addressed Admail (catalogs and direct mail), Publications Mail (magazines and newsletters), Lettermail (first class mail and invoices), and Parcel Service.  RCS also has the highest discount available for Parcel Service.

All-inclusive services include:

• List presort and hygiene services:  to achieve postage and processing discounts (Letter Carrier Presort), and improve postal delivery transits.

• Mail Preparation:  bundling and preparing mail per Canada Post’s regulations for induction.

• Transportation:  RCS arranges transportation of mail from your facility to ours, and also to Canada Post.

• Lettershop:  RCS provides addressing via inkjet, label or carrier sheet, as well as polywrap, storage and fulfillment.

• Customs Clearance:  RCS handles all the customs paperwork required to transport your mail across the border, and we can utilize our broker or yours.

• Postal documents & postage:  RCS handles all postal documents and allows clients to utilize our postage account – making it simple and easy to mail via Canada Post.

Some mailings are more cost effective mailing via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) – such as light weight pieces and smaller volumes.  RCS also has discounted rates for IPA/ISAL services with the U.S.P.S. and if it makes more sense to mail this route, we will offer this option in our free analysis.

International Mail:

RCS utilizes multiple international post offices and hand delivery companies to provide the best delivery service at the most cost effective rates.  We distribute all types of mail including magazines, catalogs and direct mail.

International mail service offerings include:

• Lettershop:  RCS provides addressing via inkjet, label or carrier sheet, as well as polywrap, storage and fulfillment.  International mail is required to be enclosed per postal regulations.

• Mail Preparation:  preparing mail per international postal regulations for induction.

• Transportation:  RCS arranges transportation of mail from your facility to ours, and also to postal facilities for final delivery.

• Customs Clearance:  RCS handles all the customs paperwork required to transport your mail overseas for delivery.

• Postal documents & postage:  RCS handles all postal documents and allows clients to utilize our postage account – making it simple and easy to mail internationally.
