RCS is a sponsor for iMatter For Kids.  You can feel good in knowing that a portion of your investment in our services goes to making a difference in the lives of kids by empowering them through the iMatter For Kids program.

Founded on the principles of the iMatter™ program, iMatter for Kids™ is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established to help kids realize they matter.

Mission

The mission of iMatter for Kids is simply stated by our motto – “Be Kind, Be True, Be ‘Greatful’, Be You!” We help build a positive culture in schools and communities using the Winning Futures programs which inspires and prepares young people to succeed through life skills programs and mentoring relationships that focus on character values identification, goal setting, and strategic planning.

Vision

iMatter for Kids vision is to become a recognized global brand, organization, and community that promotes simple tools and practices that extend to young kids, teenagers, and young adults emphasizing responsibility, creativity, and accountability.

It is our goal to have a positive effect on school cultures by promoting core ethical values as the basis of good character; involving parents and other community members in our character education initiative; infuse character education in all aspects of school life; train the school staff and involve them so they can be models of good character; foster a sense of caring; and, provide opportunities for students to practice moral action.
